Hello, Welcome to my yoga page!
I am a keen yogi, chef and traveller. I write my lessons and my workshops based on the daily life , people I meet and the places that I visit. I love teaching yoga as a holistic exercise for mind and body. I teach yoga at home, school, community halls and places I travel to. I have completed 300 hours Ayurveda Yoga Teacher Training with British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and also a foundation course with them. I have also completed training for children's and family yoga with Rainbow Yoga. So, I would really like my yoga classes to be for everyone!
