Sala Yoga classes are suitable for everyone.
We have a beginners yoga class. Some classes work on personal development, alignment and progress. We have a class for fun and supportive work that involves pair work, trying new techniques and looking into various aspects of yoga. A gentle class for deep stretching and relaxation, and mixed classes for refreshing and restorative work.
We also offer classes for family, children, school clubs and workshops. We run online yoga classes and face-to-face in a yoga studio in Welwyn Garden City.
Breathe, Stretch, Relax
Your Yoga Teacher
Hello, Welcome to my yoga page!
I am a keen yogi, chef and traveller. I plan my lessons and workshops based on daily life, people I meet and the places that I visit. I love teaching yoga as a holistic exercise for mind and body. I teach yoga at home, school, community halls and places I travel to.
I have completed 300 hours Ayurveda Yoga Teacher Training with British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and also a foundation course with them. I have also completed training for children's and family yoga with Rainbow Yoga.
So, my yoga classes really are for everyone!
Love, Thippi
What To Expect
Sala means 'Hut' in Thai.
Sala Yoga is a place to rest, to practice and to have fun. Yoga has so many benefits to the body, mind and spirit.
We start by taking awareness of our breath. We enjoy the mindful practice to improve our strength, balance and posture so that the mind becomes one with the body. We always end with calmness and restful relaxation.
We can adapt exercises to all abilities at every class so there is no minimum fitness level required.
