What To Expect
Sala means 'Hut' in Thai. Sala Yoga is a place to rest, to practice and to have fun. Yoga has so many benefits to the body, mind and spirit. We start by taking awareness of our breath. We will enjoy the mindful practice to improve our strength, balance and posture so that the mind becomes one with the body. We always end with calmness and restful relaxation. We can adapt exercises to all abilities at every class so there is no minimum fitness level required!
